Looking to do a PFD with capitol one

I had a Orchard Bank Secured credit card opened in 2008 and closed in 2009. I am trying to get this charge off paid off and removed from my CR. I see orchard bank is now owned by Capitol One. Is there a email address i can send a PFD to and see if i can be successful? thanks in advance

Also the debt was incured when i lived in ny state and i read SOL expires in 6 years. I currently live in NC and SOL expires in 3 years. Date of last payment was Oct 2008. Would i be wise to do a PFD?

Your state of residence determines SOL in the vast majority of cases. Either way you are beyond SOL in both states. I would definitely PFD.
