Welcome barerstv
Don't worry we all are here for you. Trust me you talking to a individual that started off with 24 negative accounts now down to 7 most paid . First start goodwill process all your paid accounts whether its paid or settled. Start goodwill every month and doing follow calls. Next step all the ones you have not paid do PFD letter so the creditor can remove account completely or remove deogatory information. This process will take consistency in order to get fast results. You can find some really good goodwill letters on this forum. Trust me you are going to hear no a thousand times and you will eventually run to a individual that will do a goodwill adjustment for you. Remember never take no for a answer . One creditor that just was deleted two days ago ,I was told no atleast 40 times, now look I eventually got a rep name Maria that removed the account.
Thanks chamire. Will PFD affect my DOLA or make the creditors more likely to sue me? I have many voicemails from CA's since I do not answer.
Yes the account will be completely removed from your credit report.. No creditor will not sue you as long as the account is paid or settled.. Also remember always try to first negioate pay for removal it saves you stress in the long run .If its a chargeoff account thats good,. But remember at this rebuilding stage your score will be going up a down dont worry its all going to work itself out. The 60 day late payment you have goodwill to ask them if they can remove that late payment comment . How many positive accouts you have in excellent standing.
