it's finally been deleted!!! 
This is from my Transunion CR. Now I have to get EQ EX to delete too. RJM agreed to delete my paid collection off my CR's with a simple phone call middle of July, they even mailed & e-mailed me a deletion letter. I opened a dispute w the CRA's to make sure it got done.
Now I have to get the original CO HSBC to delete too right, will they have to delete too since the CA agreed to delete? Should I open a dispute with my CR's or contact HSBC directly?

Grats to your success! As already stated start a GW letter campaign to HSBC asking for removal of the TL, I would send 1 letter a month to the exec office until you get what you want.
