Does anyone happen to know the backdoor info or email address for the CEO for M&T Bank? Anyone have any luck getting a goodwill removal from them before?
I have an auto loan with them and just saw that they placed a 30-60 day late payment on my credit report.
Problem is that I had gotten an auto loan through the car dealership but never received any information from the dealership as to who my car loan was through. Didn't see anything from M&T Bank until the 2nd month of the loan. As soon as I got it; I went to a branch office and paid off the first month (which was already late at this point) as well as the current month.
I'm going to call them and ask if they can remove it due to the circumstances but may have to reach out via a goodwill letter.
