The email address that I had success with is actually just their generic email address for general inquiries:
macysmaildesk@macys.com
Within a day or two, someone responded to my email with a number to call them back. They asked me what caused my late payments, they asked their supervisor if she would approve my request to delete, and they came back and said instead that they would leave the account on my report and just delete all of the lates. As soon as I have my mortgage later this year, I am going to reapply for a Macy's card, because they seriously made me a loyal customer for life by doing that. Good luck to you all.
