I posted this question on another place, but never got an answer. I have dv these people over a year ago, have never received an answer. They are on my cr still reporting every month. Can someone PM me with correct addresses and contact names, that have worked for a delete? Thank You

the purpose of direct contact is to try to negotiate  pay for delete etc.   If you are DV then direct contact is not appropriate.  send your letter via US mail  RR.  they shoud then send uou validation within a set time period.  if they do not  then send the RR infor to the CRA to have them  remove the listing for failed validation of debt.

Thank You for your reply. I did dv them a year ago, should I send another one to them? What address should I use?
