I am happy, just called T-Mobile and they are still willing to take payment in full directly, which they would then notify Midland to delete the account on my CR. I plan to pay Tmobile next month and won't have to deal with this evil CA!
congrats

I just received two notices from Midland that each of my First Bank of Delaware collection accounts have been removed from all three credit reporting agencies! Woo hoo
Of course, I filed complaints with the BBB, the CA AG, and my state AG. And just recently, my state AG filed a lawsuit against them. So I'm not sure which of these convinced Midland to remove, but I sure am happy!!!
That's awesome. Do you have any suggestions for how i should handle my situation? I have a Judgement from Midland for $1,726.00 on a Aspire acct that is included in the FTC ruling. I sent them a letter early last year about my Aspire acct and Orchard Acct...they deleted the Orchard acct which did not have the Judgement on it but made NO mention of the Aspire acct. I don't know how to get this judgement reveresed.

Thanks so much for this info. Midland/First Bank Deleware is the one baddie I have. I'm pretty sure if they get deleted I can join the 700+ club! I wil let you know the outcome.
