Does anyone have an email address, I am in the process of trying to settle on two accounts OC date 2006 Midland 2007? Has anyone had accounts drop off after 7 years without taking any action?

Fecfec, they'll drop at 7 action or not. You could call em up and talk about their mother, still wouldn't change DoFD.

Thanks everyone for all of the awesome tips. Equifax was the only CR that Midland was on. I disputed online at Eq website and today I received confirmation that Midland has been deleted!!!! I sited the case of FTC vs Jefferson Capital and yay!!!! It's gone!!!! Good luck my fellow Credit Repair Specialist!!!
