Has emailing the CEO worked for anyone else recently? I haven't heard anything back yet. I know it hasn't been very long but others indicated it was a matter of hours before getting a reply of some sort.

I got Midland to delete about a year ago. It was a chase CC bal.$1444. I sent a DV. and also stated that I never received a dunning notice and it was a violation of FDCPA blah blah. (don't know if I really received one or not.) Didn't threaten them just stated (fact). Sent it certified mail and 7 days later had a letter stating they would delete................................................... I'll also add from what I have read that it is rare for them to do that.
