Those of you who had success by snail mail, who did you email?  The CEO?  I'm pretty desperate for this Midland stuff to go away.  Dates back to 2011, paid settled Feb 2014, I'm really hoping they'll be kind and GW it, it's my last collection on record.

I had a MIDLAND account that I removed successfully by filing complaint with BBB. They respond quickly and will remove it especially since it was paid. FYI mine wasn't paid.
