MOV Question for the pros?

On some of my letters I have asked TU for a MOV on some of my disputes and get the whole verification documents unavailable. I have 2 questions on how to handle this:

1) Their response never points out exactly which trade line I asked for MOV for. Is there a way to tell?
2) Technically don't have have to by law provide me with how they verified? If so how do I handle this with them?

FCRA 611 (a)(6)(B)(iii) states

a notice that, if requested by the consumer, a description of the

procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the

information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency,

including the business name and address of any furnisher of

information contacted in connection with such information and the

telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available;
