OK, I got my MOV from TU and it says "verification documents not available." TU claims they don't provide dispute verification response, even though the initial verification letter said I am entitled to learn whom TU spoke to, when TU spoke to them and the address.TU now says to contact the creditor, but I've already provided TU a letter from the creditor explaining that the PR is an error. So now what do I do?
