Macy's Charge-Off, any hope?

I was wondering if anyone had had any luck with a Macy's charge-off?  I have seen success on late payments, but I have a charge-off. I have tried countless letters, emails and phone calls. I have had several responses from individuals in the company, but no luck at consideration.  Any help or advice would be wonderful!

Hi DubbaYou, are you wanting to pay in full or PFD the charge-off? Have you asked the OC to recall the debt? Do they don't want to?
