Macy's Finally Gone

i had been working on and old Macy's account which was charged-off but paid. I have been sending GW letters and various emails. I always get same response that nothing could be done and the account is reporting correctly. All of a sudden this week I look at my credit reports and it is gone. 

Starting Score: 500s
Current Score: EQ: 680myFICO(9/7/12), TU: 689myFICO(9/2/12), EX Plus:682(lp,4/16/12)
Goal Score: 700
Wallet: Discover More 1k, Capital One Platinum 1.5K, Barclays Apple Finance Visa 2.7k.
