Macy's changed Delq date

I need to send a letter to Macy's bc my old CO came back with new dates (they added six months). My previous 30 day late began 3/10 and charged off 7/10. Now they have 30 beginning at 7/10. This came off report on its own last month and reappeared today with new dates

I have my old paper copies with old dates what do I do in terms of writing them?

I'd just give the credit dept a call and ask

Whenever a party determines that prior reporting is inaccurate or incomplete, they can update/correct.

Having evidence that updated reporting adds or changes delinquencies/dates is not the issue.

The issue is whether their new reporting is accurate or inaccurate.
