Macy's will not remove

I keep trying to get 3 lates removed from Macy's and they will not help.

Called the credit analyst and emailed the CEO.

Any advice on how to handle?

If at first you don't succeed, keep trying again, and again, and again, and again, and again...

Have you considered a well worded letter on planetfeedback?

Instead of the CEO, how about Googling the SEC Filing, and finding the VP of Consumer Relations (or some similar function).

Is planetfeedback public? Can everyone see it? I have never tried that route.

Yea Macy's they are tough...i've been trying for a month and half...with no luck. 

I tried emailing different ones on the the executive list, but they were no help...i am about fed up with them.

Anyone can use it. They were instrumental in a Verizon Wireless PFD.
