I recently tried contacting Macy's regarding my CO that's showing on my CR. MYFICO report shows I'm currently passed due several months with the last month of April. I tried calling Macy's but the automated message says its been referred to ARS.
1: Has anyone heard of this CA and have you had any luck with PFD with them.
2: if I just send the money owed to Macy's will they accept the payment
Any help would be appreciated. I only have 2 baddies on my report and I want to clear this one up first.
