I GW'd in maybe 2007 and the agreed to remove all delinquencies however there are still lates on my CR.  I waited and waited to see if they would finally update to no avail. 

So finally i re-GW'd them and got the following response:

Thank you for your recent request........  We have researched your account and are unable to find any delinquencies reporting on your credit file for this account number.

If you are able to provide us with a copy of your CR listing the delinquencies, please foward it to our office so we may continue our research.  Blah Blah Blah  ~ Macys

Now... can i send this to the CRA and ask them to remove delinquencies based on this letter.  For the life of me I cannot find my original GW response.  I have probably filed it and forgot where but I cant find it.

I am askared (as my nephews would say) to send them a copy of my CR because i dont want to be like OHHH YEAH now we remember those lates and leave them on my account.

WHat should i do??

Spounds like they wiped them out of their system, I would dispute it with the CRA's are never late and see what happens.

The letter you have is pretty much outdated BUT keep it just in case, it never hurts to try if the dispute comes back verfied and unchanged

I have the exact same issue. Had 2 lates w/Macy's and tried to call for a GW and rep stated that they were reporting no delinquencies on my account. So I disputed with the CRA's a few days ago, and waiting for response.
