Hi,
Is your CO paid or have you made arrangements for payment?
I had success with the following address & phone number *however- this was a Macy's/DSNB account so I'm not sure if it's the same as yours...
Macy's/DSNB
PO Box 8218

I sent a GW letter to Northland regarding a Macy's/DSNB 30 day late (asking for it to be removed) from a current credit card which has been in good standing for well over a year now... did I mess up? Should I have sent it to the address mentioned here?

Northland is a collection agency for Macy's. You would need to contact Macy's directly.
