Macys removed the CO account info!!!!

I had a Macys card that was a CO and I chose to PIF in order to get the account reinstated.  When they reinstated they did it with a new account number so the original CO was still showing plus this new account.  I sent them a letter to remove the CO and they did since I have had good history with them ever since!!!!!! 

I am getting there!!!!!!

Congrats! They did a telephonic GW for a few lates for me before. Macys seems to be a "forgiving" creditor!

Circe221...I hope I can keep it up!  But right now even 600 seems so far away! 

I just want time go to by fast!  I want the day when I can get approved for anything with no fear!!! 

I made the wrong decisions in the past but now I am obsessed with rebuilding!!  LOL

HI I have a quick question.  Did you contact Macys for the PIF or the CA? I am trying to do the same with my Macys card that was a co.

I didn't have this account with an outside collection agency. It was still with Macys but it was listed as a CO.  I contacted Macys.

As far as the scores go...be patient!  They'll get there.  They are already heading in the right direction.
