Made the 700 Club (08 Models)

Thank you to everyone within this community!   I have been shooting to get all three 08 Model scores into the 700 range, and with my Experian score showing at 703 as of this morning, I have accomplished the goal!   Experian:  703;  Equifax:  718;  TransUnion:  709.   After going through a foreclosure that finalized just about two years ago, sending all scores into the crapper (515-525 range), this really feels great!

My Equifax 04 score is still at 687, so it is now my goal to see if I can get it up to 700.  I am pretty sure that only time will help this one.

I cannot thank everyone here enough!  The advice and sharing of time and wisdom is something that I am very thankful for!  THANK YOU!!!

I am looking forward to getting my scores a bit higher (if even possible with being in the foreclosure bucket) and supporting others through their journey!!

Year 2012: All Scores in the 520 range, during a foreclosure, CC Settlement and high UTIL. Very ugly days...
April 2023: EX8: 840; EQ8: 832; TU8: 842 -- Middle Mortgage Score: 822
In My Wallet: Discover $73.7K; Cap1 Venture $48.7K; Amex ED $38K; Amex Optima $2.5K; Amex Delta Gold $18K; Citi Costco $22.5K; Cap1 Plat $8.4K; Barclay $7K; Chase Amazon $6K; BoA Plat $21.6K; Citi TY Pref $21K; US Bank $4K; Dell $5K; Care Credit $6.5K. Total Revolving CL: $296K
My UTIL: Less than 1% - Only allow about $10 a month to report, on one account. .
