Excellent work Madmann26. Your posts are not only encouraging, they also make me want to sit down and tackle everything meticulously like you are here. Patience is definitely the key and I am the poster child for impatience. I have come to live with the fact that while I may not be in the 700's in the next few years, the 640's for decent auto loans is definitely within reach (less than 100 points). Thank you for your updates and I enjoy reading them, probably not as much as you enjoy seeing them, but nonetheless. I am going to start my own rebuild thread and make sure to meticulously keep the information running. I find that I tackle things better if they are listed and always in my face. Thanks again and congratulations on your progress!
