Management support

I just received an alert of a derog on my CR from Management Support. Upon my research (since I never received a letter from them) it looks like the balance from an old apartment back in 2009. What do I do about this? It looks like it is still with the OC - since it has the management company. I can pay this in full however I am not sure of the charges that I am being billed for. Bottom line I just want this off, this is the only derog I have on my account and it was just put on a couple of days ago. I worked super hard to clear up my CR. Please help someone!

Is 'Management Support' a CA? If so, mail them a DV letter.

I'd also write the OC and ask for a breakdown of this account (or if 'Management Support' is the OC then certainly write them).

If you agree with the charges, then mail whomever is reporting a PFD letter.
