My house is under contract and closing is set for May 4th. Am happy that wells fargo will be paid off and then continue to build on my scores so I can qualify for a new mortgage. I will have money to put down close to 20%. My scores have recently decreased 30+ points due to my divorce situation. This all has been very difficult to say the least but one has to move on and have a new start.
