Med Collections - please share best practices

I have not pushed hard on cleaning up the med collections on my files due to heavy work load at the job.  I still need to work on these but am a bit frustrated.  Some advice from those that have had success would be welcomed.

I have contacted my doctors and hospital to clear these up but I keep getting shot down on the remove for pay.  They say it can't be removed only showed as paid collections.

I've acquired all of the cards I needed so this is important mop up for my files.  Any best practice sharing would be much appreciated.  THx

I don't mind sending the info along but if anyone else is interested, send me the request via PM... I usually don't keep track of threats once it's off the main page! Smiley Embarassed
