received a settlement offer from this firm.
I saw that it's the same amount from one that just dropped from dh report.
I called to see if the will honor the settlment but date passed 
it's $104 not alot but not sure if hubby since no validation was given. They did give me all my hubby info so I guess that counts.
I live in Tx should I DV or just pay? should I pay in full amount online and just keep going?

I would never pay a medical bill to any collection agency. If you want it off the report completely and never come back, I would DV the collection agency to establish the OC & CA relationship, opt out and follow Whychat's method for medical collections. You may already know about this but it's how I got rid of my medical collections in the past. I would follow his instructions from top to bottom
