Medical CA’s 1st Approach?

I have 2 medical CA’s on my reports (EX has only one). They aren’t very much and I have NO problem paying  them. If I approch the OC’s FIRST, even though it’s a CA’s account reporting and offer to pay direct to them and have them pull the dept BACK from the CA’s will:

1)      I lose my future HIPPA ability?

2)      How would I then get the CA’s to delete from the CRA’s.

HIPAA is for paid collections to the OC.  HIPAA really doesn't work much anymore.  It does evey now and then.

If the OC recalls the debt, the CA has to delete.
