Ok I have a old debt that was paid to the Dr. and it shows Paid on my report. However, that Dr. is no longer in this state. Can I still get it removed with a HIPPA letter and if so who do I send it to. I am sorry I am knew to this and I have been reading and reading and I think it is all starting to run together.
