Medical Question

I did the pre-hippa letter......the CRA deleted.  I still have not paid the bill.  What is my next step?

Because the CRA deleted you are done with the HIPAA process.   I would mail a check using the restrictive endorsement to the OC. You do not use any HIPAA letter after it has been deleted!

Personal check should do. Use the restrictive endorsement.
