Medical collections deleted- score increase?

Yesterday I paid a total of three medical collection accounts totaling $200 the representative said that she would delete all three accounts because I never received the bill in the mail due to us moving and having a different address. Do you guys think I will get a increase in my credit score?

From what I've gathered from this forum it will vary depending on your credit profile and how old they are to determine the amount of increase.  (if the CA keeps their word and deletes the tradelines.)  Be sure to always get something in writing that they will be deleted (not updated) once payment has cleared.

If they are a few years old or older you will probably get a few points. It also depends on if there is anything else on your reports left.
