Stupid TCF bank, took a $20 overdraft and made it $356. Well, I got a letter in the mail from Merchants and Medical collections that said they'd take 40% off. I don't have time to waste so I called them (I know, I know) and asked if I paid it now will it hit my credit report, she said no, as long as it's paid by the end of July it wont. Arg. I can't risk this hitting my report so I paid it :-( I'm getting my approval for a house this month and can't risk it. I sure hope they don't end up going on there anyways (being butt heads)
