Has anyone had any experience with the law firm Messerli and Kramer? I have a judgement and they are collecting the debt. I asked if they would sign a stipulation stating that the judegement would be vacated upon satisfaction of the debt but they responded that "They don't sign those, but have heard that others have brought the motions themselves with some success after payment." Has anyone else worked with them before and had any success? Should I write them a letter asking again, or ask to talk to someone else?
