I know it's the same account, but is it showing up twice on your report or is the first one an older CR and you are just comparing it with the newer one to show the difference in the DOFD.  Either way it's messed up, but I'm just curious.  I cannot believe that they did that.   What's is going on with them lately???

I just started the process with Midland on a paid collection. I would appreciate that fax number as well.

i just pulled my EQ as well and they are reporting twice. i am reporting to FTC tomorrow and BBB and calling my states AG

I got a quick question, it has always been said to do all communication thru mail in writting, would this communication of email and fax will work as contract of agreement between you and CA?

EQ was only dup but dispute all CR's as closed/ paid since they were not updated.
