Ouch. Midland Credit....is this the same as the "Midland Credit Collection Agency"? Not sure why it would re-post an update such as "ACCOUNT CLOSED BY CONSUMER".

Midland Credit pulled this on me a few years back on an account that they attributed to me via my ex-wife and I disputed as "account not mine". It was deleted for all 3 reports within 5 days. However, the account was over 12 years old and they knew they didn't have a snow balls chance in Hades of ever validating the debt. I didn't owe the debt period.
