The only address I sent mine to was the one listed on my TU CR. I sent it certified  mail. My letter was for 2 accts and I got 1 deleted....still waiting for the update. I will be sending another for the one. Hope this helps. Look on the first 2 pages of this thread. I think someone posted the link to the FTC ruling. Hope this helps

Could someone please send me the contact information for Midland & any other helpful information you can provide? I have paid them in full & they are off all reports but Experian. A word to the wise. Make sure you have someone as your Power of Attorney in case you are ever incapacitated & unable to pay bills etc. I was in the hospital for a prolonged period of time and no one thought about this very important aspect of my life going unchecked.
