Midland Credit Management website Question?

On July 1 I sent mcm a pay for delete letter. I have an old collection that will fall off my report in about 15 months. I decided to send them PFD letter because it is way of the SOL. I logged into their website today and saw that my account information was unavailable and my balence was unavailable...

Does anyone think that means they are accepting my PFD letter? or just a website error haha?

Re: Midland Credit Management website Question?

No. The same thing happened with a judgment I had with hem. You have to call them. Even after I had called and talked to them, the account was never available to log into onlne. I think that if they contact you with an offer, they make the account available online.

You will probably receive a call from someone and/or a letter following up on the PFD you sent them.
