I had 2 collections reporting with this company it was a Pain in the butt to get them removed, I sent debt validation letters and gw letters to thier california addy and finally got a letter saying they would be delted and they were.... it took about 45 days. Good luck with this company they really suck. Just keep annoying them and they give up. stamps are cheap a bad credit score will cost you more than some stamps. Good luck!
