Can you please PM me the email address also?
Can anyone that have this information please email it to me. Thanks for your help!
The Account that I have with Midland Credit Management, is too old to dispute. How do I go about dealing with Midland to get them to delete it off of my CR's? Or should I contact the CRA's to have them delete it off?

How old is this collection? In other words what is the DoFD (Date of First Delinquency) on the OC acccount that led to the collection. That will be the date that determines how long this can report.
From a BK years ago to:
EX - 9/09 pulled by lender 802, EQ - 2/11-816, TU - 2/11-782
"Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they've made a difference. The Marines don't have that problem".
The DoFD was 12/2003, but this account does not reflect that date.

Collections and CO's can report for up to 7.5 years from the DoFD so this still can be there a few more months.

I thought it was just a straight up 7 years, what's with the extra 6 months?
