Midland Dispute/DV quick question

So i got the itch about a month ago to dispute a collection account with our good friend Midland before reading about the DVs and all that.  Can I still DV them even though I disputed online and it was verified, my dispute reason was ownership.  They did send me mail with the typical "provide us with more info" message.  I'm hoping its not too late to DV and go the correct route of handing things.  Thanks in advance!

Re: Midland Dispute/DV quick question

Sure you can send them a DV, but unless you live in Texas and use their statute, they don't have to respond, but Midland typically does.  If they verify, you can try the PFD route, however I will advise you they are not PFD friendly.

Edited for grammar, sorry, worked all night.  ;(
