Is it possible a goodwill letter would work with them? They are the last collection account i have left on my account. I called they said no , saying "they only report the facts"
the account is paid and i just want them off. Also they tried talking to me about a bill from 2001.. is it possible they can report the 2001 account. I never had a verizon bill so i have no clue what they are talking about.
