Midland PFD Question

from the reviews I've been seeing on the site here Midland seems to be a tough cookie when it comes to PFD's. I am willing to take the chance though with them, my problem though is finding an address to send my PFD letter to. Any help regarding that would be greatly appreciated.

If I didnt have a letter from a creditor, I used the address listed on my CR.

I like using the one I get from my free annual report, and I think the one from TU seems easier to read, but any of them should work.

They might have more than one address, they are pretty big, but I'll show the one from my report:
