Midland Question

I have a midland account that I think should be ready to come off of my CR but it has not. It actually looks like they re-listed it on my report. 

The orginial open date was 8/2011 by Midland.  According to my Experian credit report it should fall off on Jan 2016 but it didn't.  What can I do get this removed from my credit report.  It is an old Household Financing account that was first reported in 4/2009 and sold to Midland in 2011. 

So when should this account fall off of my report?

Just call the CRA's and tell them you think it should come off.  I had one like that.  They can actually continue reporting for 180 days after the 7 years.

No problem!  I would love to see someone get rid of Midland haha.  We have a love/hate relationship (I love to hate them)
