Ok now it s getting strange. I Dv d Midland in Feb. 2012 they never responded to me. I have the return green card signed and everything within the 30 day period. My credit report on Experian, has had the history, and information blocked until today. Now it show s key derogatory from March- June, How can they report negative information when they havent validated the debt? Isnt that barred under the fdcpa? Thanks
