Pretty new to the forums here but I wanted to know if there are any individuals that are better to contact at Midland Credit pertaining to settlement of the accounts. Debt has been validated I know it is mine and I want to clear this up and move forward and get a PFD. I have a PFD letter ready to send out ASAP but was wondering if anyone has had a better experience with certain individuals versus others there. Thank you all in advance for your time
