Hi all just a quick question, if I paid midland will it drop off at the same time that the OC does?  The OC is due to drop off in September and I am hoping Midland goes with it!

the collector can't report it any longer than the OC so midland should drop off too. if they don't you can dispute it with the CRA's to remove it.

Well, yes and no on this one.  Sometimes the OC deletes early, if this happens then the CA can remain on your CR until the CRTP that was set forth by the DoFD from the OC has expired.
