I believe I would start with Midland too and send them the letter where the OC stated it was a fraudulent account.

Updated : they decided to remove it from Equifax.......I have no idea others if they already remove from TU and EX !!?? I disputed it online and by mail. It's take so quick this time and my score bound right back.
