So today has been good. I was able to delete a few items off of my credit reports. But Midland will not budge. It was deleted off of my experian report but was "verified" on my equifax report. The info is below:

It has been deleted off of my other accounts. The other CRAs couldnt verify it.
I sent a BBB complaint and the legal department of Midland responded. So I sent a PFD just to get them out of my life. I sent a read receipt...it was delievered and read. I wonder if I can do anything if they dont acknowledge it.....any thoughts?

If they dont respond and they may not then you will just have to make another offer to them. I would only contact them if you in fact can PIF if its within the SOL.
Ok I will keep trying. They are making everything so difficult, ugh!!!!
