I wish you luck... I finally got ahold of them but they refused to help me one bit. Luckily my AAFES baddie falls off next month... Let me know if you get anything out of them!

One thing about AAFES, if you don't pay them they WILL get their money. Even if it comes out of your tax return. I've seen it happen.

it happened to me... treasure offset (they take your tax returns) or straight up wage garnishment
