Missed payment. But CR does not show it......and it never happened

So I have Experian credit tracker....on one of the tips page it breaks down your report and gives you tips.

It's stating my girlfriend has one or more missed payments. However she has never missed a payment on anything. Here is the tips listed below.

The closest thing I could find was a credit card that has no data for one month, however it doesn't state "no data or ND" like some other accounts of hers it is just blank. This happened because after she opened the account, it was closed by GTE FCU when the whole Target fraud thing happened. They opened a new account and sent a new card.

Anyone think this is the problem? Should I call GTE FCU and have them remove this whole account?

That's a tough call.  Not sure what to tell ya.  I would try to dispute it online.  There's a button you can click that says "I was never late on any payments"
