Does anyone have any experience with this creditor? I have a charge off that's almost 4 years ago. Will they do a PFD? Or is there a better way to handle clearing this up?
What is the SOL in the state you live in and did it stay with the OC or did it go to a CA? I personally wouldn't do a PFD unless I was past the SOL but that's just me.
